1. Who is responsible for your data?

RIJMBOS BV, with offices at Jan Van Rijswijcklaan 204, 2020 Antwerp, Belgium, and company number BE 1018.729.236 (hereinafter "Rijmbos" or "we"), is responsible for the processing of your personal data through this website and in our contacts with you.

2. Which data do we process?

Data you provide to us yourself, when you contact us by e-mail or telephone: your name, contact details, the content of your message and the information about your company that you share with us.
Technical data when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type, the time of your visit and the pages viewed. This data is processed by our hosting partner to keep the website secure and available.

This website has no contact form and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

3. Why do we process your data?

To answer your question and prepare a possible collaboration. This is based on our legitimate interest or at your request prior to entering into an agreement.
To carry out our assignment, on the basis of our agreement with you.
To comply with our legal obligations, for example in accounting and tax matters.
To secure the website and keep it working properly, based on our legitimate interest.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as a legal retention obligation requires. Technical data from website visits is kept only briefly.

5. With whom do we share your data?

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers who assist us, such as our hosting and IT partners, and only insofar as necessary. They process your data according to our instructions and with appropriate security. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the safeguards required by law, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

We may also pass on data to public authorities when required to do so by law.

This website loads fonts via Google Fonts. In doing so, Google receives your IP address in order to deliver the fonts.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object to its processing and to have your data transferred. To do so, send an e-mail to one of the addresses above. We will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website is offered exclusively via a secure connection (HTTPS).
