He began his career as an attorney in 1991 and successfully developed the 'Legal Advisory' service line within Grant Thornton Belgium. His expertise covers commercial and ICT contracts, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. This makes him a strategic and practical business adviser with a holistic vision. Marc holds a Master of Laws and a Master in Company Law, and has obtained certificates in several leadership programmes.

Peter is a financial expert with a strong background in corporate finance and strategic advice. He began his career as an internal accountant, worked his way up to the position of CFO and then founded his own accountancy firm. Peter has guided countless acquisitions, with balanced solutions and successful outcomes as his priority. He studied business economics and obtained a certificate in corporate finance at Vlerick Business School.
